We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects. We will gladly accept any defective items back for exchange or credit. Exchange goods must be in their original condition, unworn.

We offer a 14-day exchange guarantee. If within 14 days of receiving your merchandise you are not pleased with your order, please e-mail: or phone 1-709-722-94321-709-722-9432 for a exchange. You will then be given instructions on how to send back your merchandise. No exchange will be accepted without prior authorization.

Please note all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer at this point.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required.

Special Orders

You may find that you need to make a small size modification to a style, for example sleeve length or body length.

If you are interested in special ordering a garment please call 1-709-722-94321-709-722-9432 or email
with your request. We will let you know if the adjustment is possible. If it is we will then email you a measurement form.

You are responsible for filling out the form with the correct measurements. We are not responsible for the measurements you have taken. We do guarantee your garment will be to within acceptable tolerance of your measurements.

****Custom-made merchandise and special orders are not returnable. A 30% deposit is required at the time of ordering with the balance due before the item is shipped. Deposits are non-refundable, non transferable.****

Defective goods will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Snowflake is not responsible for damage due to wear or misuse.
